Submit your claim using our Warranty Request form on our U.S. website. This form will allow you to submit a warranty request claim along with a photo of the broken or damaged product. You will be routed to our US website. This will open a new browser window. To return to the Canadian website and continue browsing, simply close the warranty claim window.
